I hope everyone has enjoyed the fun and fare of winter and the holidays and is ready for spring to blossom. We enjoyed a tremendous 2017 with record sales in California.

I am excited to have CW’s dynamic divisions of California,
Arizona, Las Vegas, Portland, and Seattle illuminated in this inaugural edition of our newly expanded CW Magazine, West Coast.

The Chefs’ Warehouse and our customers create a universe of our own, overflowing with fascinating chef, ingredient, and restaurateur stories. The opportunity to share all that is happening under the CW umbrella, across this vastly diverse part of the country, is a fantastic way of connecting and uniting customers, vendors, employees, and community.

We are also thrilled to continue to bring on new local vendors from salt to honey, so to speak, as well as support innovative vendors that connect health, clean food initiatives, and exceptional taste.

Though wonderfully distinct by nature, the essential quality that all CW regions have in common is our commitment to our chefs to offer everything they need to make their dreams come true, and the expertise of food and service, that is at the heart of the CW difference.
