Maison Danel (Pâtisserie, Viennoiserie, and Salon de Thé), is a beautiful Parisian dream inspired by husbands Chef Danel and David de Betelu’s passion for the cafe culture of romantic European cities. Maison Danel Executive Chef and Co-Owner, Danel, originally from Paris, shared, “We wanted to create something elegant where people can come to relax and enjoy an elevated cafe, ‘Tea Salon’ experience.”
The lush, romantic design of the venue was inspired by the couple’s wedding decor in France. “Here you can sit down for our ‘Le Classique Afternoon Tea’ with three-tiered plates of savory sandwiches, mini viennoiseries, and sweets, a choice from a large section of the finest loose-leaf tea from around the world or coffee, all served on our fine china. Or you may want to enjoy a glass or two of our very own Crémant d’Alsace, cuvée Maison Danel. In France, we take our time. This is just part of our culture.” shared Danel.
Last February, Maison Danel opened to rave reviews. Following this, the venue was forced to shut its doors for six months. “During this pandemic without our understanding landlord, we would be closed forever.” Dante stated.

In addition to offering takeout and delivery at our sparkly pastry counter. Maison Danel’s Tea Salon has reopened for Lunch, Brunch, and Afternoon Tea. A talented decorator, Danel greatly looks forward to giving Maison Danel a lavish festive makeover this holiday season and celebrating all there is to be grateful for with the esteemed guests who visit (and linger) at Maison Danel.
